Income Module

The Income Module in YoBoox provides powerful features to manage your income effectively. Here’s a breakdown of the three main pages within this module:

    Invoice Page
    On the Invoice page, you can view a comprehensive list of all your invoices, export the list for easy data management, and add new invoices as needed. Clicking on an invoice ID allows you to access detailed information including the invoice, receipt summary, and credit note summary. You can perform various actions such as copying the invoice, adding credit notes, sending receipt reminders, resending invoices, and downloading invoices.

    Revenue Page
    The Revenue page displays a list of all your revenue transactions, including details such as date, amount, account, customer, category, reference, and description. You can download or preview payment receipts and perform actions like editing or deleting revenue entries. Additionally, you have the option to export data or create invoices directly from this page.

    Credit Note Page
    On the Credit Note page, you can create, edit, or delete credit notes as needed. Clicking on the invoice ID allows you to view the corresponding invoice for reference.
